Question 3:
I'm going out of town. How do I search for resources in other areas?

If you're planning a visit to an unfamiliar area, and are not sure of the Zip Code where you're going to be, you can leave the Zip Code box blank and search by City and State. However, please be aware that the results of a "City, State" search are ranked by their distance from the center (or primary Zip Code) of that City, which may not be as close to the area you're visiting as you would like.

If your search locates a facility that seems to fit your needs, click on the "View Map" link for a map of that store's area, with detailed driving directions right to their door from the address where you'll be visiting.

Generally, if it's your first visit to that particular facility, we recommend phoning ahead to be absolutely sure where they are located before you go there. Additionally, depending on the nature and extent of your individual disability, you may want to ask them other questions.

And please be sure to let them know that you discovered them through Barrier Free Choices.
